Hassle Free Returns and Exchanges

We all know how easy it is to get a bathing suit that does not fit properly or look the way we would like. One of the best reasons for shopping online is the benefit of trying suits on in the privacy of your home. We encourage you to try several styles to determine what works best for you. At Cyberswim, returns and exchanges are hassle free.

Returns

  • All returns must be postmarked within 10 business days after you receive your order to be refunded to your original payment method minus shipping and handling costs.
  • All returns postmarked 30 business days after you receive your order are eligible for Cyberswim Merchandise Credit only.
  • Merchandise credit is non-refundable.
  • Merchandise received after 90 days of ship date will not be accepted for credit, exchange or refund. The items will be returned to sender.
  • All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition with tags and panty liners in place. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than as received condition, they will be returned to the customer.
  • Items purchased anywhere other than Cyberswim will be returned to the customer.
  • Please include a copy of your Packing List and state the reason for return.
  • You choose the return shipping method - for your security; we recommend you insure your package.
  • Use the UPS label located on your invoice. Affix it to the outside of your package. Note the Return Tracking # or keep the bottom part of the return label with the Return Tracking # for your records. The tracking number will allow you to track your return package at www.UPS.com.
  • Drop it off at any UPS drop box. Click here to locate a UPS drop box or give the package to any UPS driver.
  • Pay nothing up front. A shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted from your credit card or refund.

Refunds

  • As soon as we process your returned merchandise, the credit card you used to pay for your original order will be credited if you are due a refund. (You'll see the credit in 1-2 billing cycles).
  • Customers with email addresses on file will receive an email detailing the date the refund was processed and the amount.
  • Shipping and Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are shipped free via regular delivery (limit 2 exchanges within 30 days). To upgrade to a faster shipping method, please send an email to service@cyberswim.com or contact Customer Service at 1-866-315-6555 or 1-610-250-5725. You will be charged the difference between the regular ship method and the upgrade option you select.
  • We normally process exchanges upon receipt of the returned package. Your credit card will be credited or charged according to the difference between your returned item and your new item.
  • Customers with email addresses on file will receive an email detailing the date the exchange was processed and the monetary difference, if any, that will appear on your credit card.
  • In the event that you would like your new item to be sent to you prior to Cyberswim's receipt of your returned item, your credit card will be charged in full for the cost of the new item at the time it is shipped to you. Your account will then be credited for the amount of the returned item at the time it is received by Cyberswim. Your credit card statement will reflect two transactions; a sale and a return.
