A little over a year ago, I was 300 pounds and at the end of my rope. I didn't want to go anywhere, do anything, see anyone. I felt like my life was over.
My boyfriend and I had a vacation to the Caribbean booked for over a year and as that day was approaching I was so depressed because I had nothing to wear to the beach.
